Privacy policy — IKLIX traders app

The IKLIX wholesale app is run by IKLIX L.L.C in the United Arab Emirates. Last updated: 27 October 2026.

Data we use

Your phone number (sign-in with a code sent on WhatsApp) and the details of your account request: company name, contact person, emirate, email, trade licence number and VAT number if any. Also the delivery addresses you add, your orders and invoices, and your IKLIX points and wallet.

Why we use it

To review your account request, fulfil and deliver your orders, issue tax invoices, give customer service and send notifications about your orders. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we never sell your data.

Who sees it

The IKLIX team, the delivery company for your order (name, phone, address) and our accounting system. Cards are paid on Geidea's secure page; your card details never reach us.

Your rights

You can edit your details in your account, delete your account from the Account page in the app, or write to info@iklixgroup.com or WhatsApp +971 55 395 3000 about your data. Invoices and accounting records are kept as long as the law requires.
